By commissioning me, you automatically agree with the following:For me, the artist:
- I maintain the right to reject your commission for whatever reason.
- I have the right to reject your refund request for whatever reason.
- I am allowed to post the finished piece on my socials unless requested not to.For you, the client:
What you are not allowed to do:- Do not claim my art as your own, always credit me (Trenchcoat Panda) when asked who made it.
- Do not use my art for commercial purposes. (Anything that you gain money from.) This excludes Assets and Scenery used for games/animations.
- Do not use my art for your games and/or animations without my consent.
- Do not lie about commercial purposes to avoid the additional fee.
- Do not remove my watermark out of the finished piece.
- Do not use my art for any kind of generative AI. (This includes any kind of progress I send you, e.g. sketches, colouring phase, etc.)What you are allowed to do:
- You are allowed to post the finished piece online, if they include proper credits. (Tagging my profile or providing a link if the app/site allows)
- You can use the finished piece for personal use. (Anything that includes not selling it in any way.)
- You may request small edits to the finished piece, for large edits I will request an additional fee.Breaking these terms will get you blacklisted and blocked.If you have questions regarding this information, feel free to contact me!

Introduction

You will always pay upfront. I don't offer half/half payments or afterward payment. Your payment options are Tikkie (Dutch app, uses iDEAL), and PayPal.You will be refunded if I can not start or complete your commission (Refund based on progress, guaranteed full refund if its not beyond the line art phase)
I do not offer refunds after the piece is finished.
I allow up to 5 changes.Disclaimer: The quality of the final piece may differ from the shown examples, based on your request. This is because I vary in skill in different fields.

These are my boundaries when it comes to commissions. When it comes to sceneries and assets it will have to be negotiated, because those concepts are just too broad to put in here.

How to commission me

Commissioning me is quite simple. You will fill out the form linked below, and if you have filled out your email correctly, I will contact you on that email for further discussion. After this I will give you the Tikkie/Paypal link to pay me after which I will start your commission. After the experience I would love if you could fill out my review form. If you want to see more of my art before commissioning me, click the link to my Pixilart or Bluesky page.If I do not reach out to you for whatever reason, contact me through my business email: '[email protected]' or DM me on one of my social media pages. (I am most active on Tiktok and BlueSky)
No one else should be emailing you on my behalf, so check the email thoroughly to avoid getting scammed.
