By commissioning me, you automatically agree with the following:For me, the artist:
- I maintain the right to reject your commission for whatever reason.
- I have the right to reject your refund request for whatever reason.
- I am allowed to post the finished piece on my socials unless requested not to.For you, the client:
What you are not allowed to do:- Do not claim my art as your own, always credit me (Trenchcoat Panda) when asked who made it.
- Do not use my art for commercial purposes. (Anything that you gain money from.) This excludes Assets and Scenery used or games/animations.
- Do not use my art for your games and/or animations without my consent.
- Do not lie about commercial purposes to avoid the additional fee.
- Do not remove my watermark out of the finished piece.
- Do not use my art for any kind of generative AI. (This includes any kind of progress I send you, e.g. sketches, colouring phase, etc.)What you are allowed to do:
- You are allowed to post the finished piece online, if they include proper credits. (Tagging my profile or providing a link if the app/site allows)
- You can use the finished piece for personal use. (Anything that includes not selling it in any way.)
- You may request small edits to the finished piece, for large edits I will request an additional fee.Breaking these terms will get you blacklisted and blocked.If you have questions regarding this information, feel free to contact me!
Options / Pricing (prices and/or options may change later)
Introduction
I currently don't have all the options most other artists have (e.g. halfbody/fullbody), purely because of the time and energy needed. I will offer those if I feel comfortable and confident offering those options to people.

Fully shaded: This entails the dotted shading you see below, which creates a gradient.
Flat colour: This option is what it says, flat colours, no highlights or shadows.
Basic shading: This is an optional addition to 'Flat colour'. Its harsh lines and no gradients.
Commercial use: This is if you plan to use my assets for your game, animation, or anything of the sort. You will only do this with my consent, and requires an additional fee.
Star (*): This is non-pixel art, it might take more time to complete because I make this on an Ipad that I share with family members.Payment and refund policy
You will always pay upfront. I don't offer half/half payments or afterward payment. Your payment options are Tikkie (Dutch app, uses iDEAL), and PayPal.You will be refunded if:
- I can not start or complete your commission (Full refund)
I allow up to 5 changes.
I do not offer refunds after the piece is finished.Disclaimer: The quality of the final piece may differ from the shown examples, based on your request. This is because I vary in skill in different fields.

Will / Won't draw
These are my boundaries when it comes to commissions. It will either be because I am not comfortable drawing it(e.g. nsfw/etc.), or I am unsure If I am able to.(e.g. disabilities/age/etc.) When it comes to sceneries and assets it will have to be negotiated, because those concepts are just too broad to put in here.

Any kind of NSFW or suggestive content, anything overly complex, real people(unless it's you).
How to commission me
Commissioning me is quite simple. You will fill out the form linked below, and if you have filled out your email correctly, I will contact you. From there we can discuss any additional information, and I will give you the Tikkie/Paypal link to pay me after which I will start your commission. You can also DM me on my socials if you feel more comfortable with that, but email is safer in case you lose your social media account. After the experience I would love if you could fill out my review form.
